Andy Culver brings over 30 years of business and sales experience to The Service Agency, where he manages a portfolio of commercial and personal insurance accounts. A serial entrepreneur at heart, Andy has founded and led multiple companies — from digital marketing to mortgage lending — giving him a firsthand understanding of the challenges business owners face. That background makes him uniquely equipped to identify coverage gaps and deliver solutions that actually fit his clients' needs. Andy is known for building long-term relationships and going beyond the policy to serve as a trusted advisor.

Outside the office, Andy is deeply rooted in the community. He serves as Treasurer for the Western Wisconsin Soccer Association and holds leadership positions on several other committees. At home, he's kept busy by his wife and two daughters.

Dee Dee Poeschel has been in the insurance industry since 2001 and joined The Service Agency in April of 2024. She is originally from River Falls and moved to Ellsworth in 2000 with her husband Travis and daughter Ashley. She enjoys training and showing her Arabian horses with Ashley and camping in a new travel trailer with their dogs, Echo and Nova.

Michael is our Personal Lines Account Executive, joining The Service Agency in 2024. After a long career in the mortgage industry, he is excited to learn more about the world of insurance. He is originally from Iowa City, IA, and moved to Red Wing in 2014, where he lives with his wife, Sarah, and triplets, Rhys, Xander, and Pippa.

In his free time, Michael enjoys getting outside for long walks and hikes, travelling, exploring new areas, and spending time with family. Michael looks forward to working with The Service Agency's clients and being part of the local community.
