Kris Flock is the owner of The Service Agency which has been serving the local community since 1915. He grew up on a dairy farm in Cashton, WI and attended UW LaCrosse, majoring in Finance/Marketing. He has served in the military for fourteen years while on active duty for Operation Noble Eagle and Operating Enduring Freedom. His agricultural and construction jobs as well his military leadership roles have complemented his professional development for servicing the diversity of insurance needs for business owners and commercial insurance. He has 35 years of insurance experience.

He enjoys interacting with our community and volunteering for various groups to illustrate his passion for sports and the outdoors, faith, business leadership, and our Veterans.

Kris and his wife, Heather, reside in Beldenville, WI, and have two amazing children, Kohl and Halle, who are now finishing up their educational degrees. He enjoys outdoor activities and now has the “title” of Grandpa. Kris appreciates the challenges and rewards of an insurance career and, on a personal level, welcomes new goals of improving his golf skills, contest archery, and participating in a few more Warrior Dash events with his competitor, Heather.

Last month, a few of our staff had the incredible opportunity to attend Insurcon 2026, hosted by the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin. While there, they attended classes taught by recognized leaders, gaining knowledge about the ever-changing insurance industry.

They also enjoyed great meals, networking with attendees, and meeting former Green Bay Packer, Clay Matthews!

She’s an active member of C3 Church, where she serves on the worship team and loves being part of a faith-driven community.
