Edward Jones: Hillary Stubbe

Edward Jones: Hillary Stubbe Financial Advisor serving individuals and offering solutions for business owners/executives I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and kayaking.

My passion for personal finance began after college when I recognized that although I was a working professional, I didn't really know what to do with my income or how to best save for my future outside of my company's retirement plan. What started as a goal to feel more confident making decisions for my own financial future developed into a lifestyle centered on financial literacy. That is why I

am excited to have turned that passion for personal finance into a career here with Edward Jones where I have the opportunity to help others navigate many of the same experiences. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from UW Madison and have spent over a decade of my career focused on delivering great customer experiences and developing high performing teams as a Store Manager at a number of Kohl's stores throughout the Twin Cities and Madison, WI. I grew up in West Bend, WI and now live in Spring Valley, WI with my boyfriend, Jon. Although my parents and siblings are spread across 3 states, I look forward to every opportunity I have to get together with them. I volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters and have been spending time with the same little for the past 5 years. It has been a life changing experience for me! If you have any questions about planning for your retirement, saving for education, what to do with an old 401k, how to prepare for the unexpected, what steps to take next, or even simply where to start when it comes to your financial future, I'm happy to help! Please connect with me or call (715) 941-4306 to learn more. Member SIPC.

Large IPOs can come with a lot of fanfare. But in the early days of public trading, it can be difficult to separate long-term fundamentals from short-term momentum.

We break down what history shows about IPO performance – and share key considerations to help investors stay grounded in the fundamentals:

Initial public offerings (IPOs) tend to attract a lot of investor interest, especially when the company is large and well-known.
