Trust yourself. Keep it simple. Don't overthink. Have faith. Sometimes two steps backward is what we need to push 3 steps forward. Don't give up. No one has ever succeeded by giving up.

We attract what we put out into the world. What are you attracting? Is it what you want in your life? Maybe you need a reset. Change your inner dialogue. Tune out the bad and receive the good.
It's all up to you. No blaming. No wishing. No excuses.

Take action for your life and your destination. If you don't, no one else will. Start today. Take a step forward everyday. You may surprise yourself at what you can accomplish. And Why Not?

Navigating the challenges of rural healthcare is still our mission. But as the Director of Family Connections, Jacqueline McKee recently noted- “The beauty of the mountains does a great job of hiding the needs of our most vulnerable”; it’s our responsibility to help support those who need us.
