We’re excited to share that Refined Media 716 is officially creating a home base right next door to EFC. Jess and Julia have spent the last few years growing RM716, and now they’re moving into a space right next to our office where their team can meet with clients, brainstorm, create content, host conversations, and keep building what’s next.

It’s becoming a place where two family-run businesses can work, create, and grow side by side. The conference table is in, signs are in the works, and we’re having a lot of fun figuring out how the space will come together.

Different businesses. Same family. One shared space at 39 Mill Street. We’re excited to see what comes from it!

We’re so excited to have the Springville Jazz Orchestra playing at the Patch Thursday evening, August 6th at 6:00 p.m.. Sundae Drive Ice Cream Truck will be here during the music event.

The blueberry field and Bluems Flower Cutting Garden will be open during the event.

No fee for the event. All donations will be given to support Kelly Benzel and her family during a very challenging time as she combats stage 4 cancer.

Some days, the work takes us beyond the office.

Recently, my drive to an insurance meeting took me through the windmill farms and across a familiar stretch of Western New York. It was a good reminder of just how much ground we cover—not only in miles, but throughout the different seasons of our clients’ lives.

Insurance should never feel like a policy that is written and then forgotten.
It should feel like having someone you can call when you buy a home, start a business, add a vehicle, welcome a new driver or simply need help understanding what comes next.
