What You’ll Do
As an Insurance & Financial Services Representative, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. You will:
Deliver personalized insurance and financial service solutions based on each customer’s goals and circumstances
Conduct needs assessments and risk evaluations to identify appropriate products and strategies
Build lasting customer relationships through responsive, transparent, and thoughtful communication
Identify opportunities to help customers protect their families, assets, and financial futures
Collaborate with a supportive team to provide a seamless customer experience
Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and applicable regulations
Help advance our goal of becoming each customer’s one-stop resource for insurance and financial services
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in candidates who are personable, motivated, dependable, and comfortable having conversations that lead to solutions.
Qualifications:
1+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities
Sales-minded, goal-oriented approach
Property & Casualty license, or the ability to obtain one
Life & Health license, or the ability to obtain one
A collaborative attitude and desire to contribute to a positive, family-oriented workplace
