Ulster County Clerk Taylor Bruck:
āThis system upgrade is essential to modernizing motor vehicle services. I ask residents to be patient during this transition. Our staff will be learning an entirely new system, and while there may be some growing pains, this upgrade is expected to make DMV transactions faster and smoother in the long run.ā
DMV offices are expected to begin resuming operations sometime on Wednesday, February 18. Updates on reopening and business hours will be shared on the Ulster County website and right here on the Ulster County Clerk's page.
