We had a great time at the Cecil County Board of REALTORS® Annual Convention! We enjoyed catching up with friends, seeing familiar faces, and making new connections!

It was an special day for our team as Phil Davis wrapped up his year serving as CCBOR President and officially passed the gavel to incoming President Peter Kirsh! We couldn't be prouder of Phil for the time and energy he's poured into leading the Board and supporting our local real estate community over the past year. Congratulations, Peter! We're cheering you on!

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐬: 𝟐𝟎% 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝. There are low and no down payment options available, and you may qualify for Down Payment Assistance programs. The only way to know what fits you is to ask.
