✨🎉 Elkins-Randolph County Chamber Announces Leadership Randolph Class of 2027

Elkins — The Elkins-Randolph County Chamber is proud to announce its Leadership Randolph Class of 2027. This year’s application process generated strong interest from individuals representing a wide range of professions, organizations, and backgrounds. The result is a talented and diverse class of 18 participants who will take part in this unique leadership program.

“Leadership Randolph is a quality educational experience for a select group of individuals from Randolph County. The Class of 2027 includes individuals with various backgrounds and from many different professions. Their range of experiences will provide diverse perspectives as they learn and grow together as leaders who are ready to make a difference in our community,” stated Karrah Washington, Chamber Executive Director and coordinator of the Leadership Randolph program.

Leadership Randolph is a program of the Chamber that seeks to develop and prepare leaders to move Randolph County forward. The Chamber is grateful to the sponsors of Leadership Randolph, including Citizens Bank of West Virginia, Davis Trust Company, Kolsun Media, Mountaineer Insurance Services, Inc., the Randolph County Development Authority, Common Door / Coworking Space, and Kristie Vandevander, CPA | Vandevander & Nypl, CPAs, AC!

Topics for the nine monthly sessions include Tourism, Economic Development, Housing, Healthcare, Education & Youth, Workforce & Hardwood Manufacturing, Government, Nonprofits & Volunteerism, and Agriculture. The program will conclude with a dinner and graduation ceremony in May 2027.

The Leadership Randolph program is supported by Leadership Randolph alumni and Chamber partners who serve as facilitators and bring expertise related to each session’s topic. Sessions include presentations, panel discussions, small-group experiences and, most importantly, field trips to businesses and organizations throughout Randolph County.
