✨ AGENT SPOTLIGHT: JANINE BURCHETTE ✨

Janine brings a whole lot of heart to the HSS team. She loves helping people make sense of their health insurance options and making something that can feel complicated a whole lot easier.

And helping people definitely doesn’t stop when she leaves the office! Janine also serves as President of the Statesville Woman’s Club, where she stays busy bringing women together, serving her community, and making a difference.

But her favorite title? Mom & Dra Dra. ❤️ She has two daughters, a granddaughter, Sophia, and a new grandson arriving soon!

When she’s not helping clients or serving her community, there’s a good chance you’ll find her enjoying one of her other loves... FLOWERS! 🌷🌻🌸

Around here, Janine is equal parts kind heart, community spirit, proud grandma, and flower lover... and we’re pretty lucky to have her on our crew! ❤️

✨ AGENT SPOTLIGHT: BRITTANY ROGERS ✨

Born and mostly raised in Elkin, Brittany is a local, independent Medicare insurance agent who loves helping people navigate Medicare without all the confusing insurance jargon.

Outside of insurance, she works as the Designer & Brand Coordinator for Explore Elkin, so she’s always finding new ways to explore Elkin and the surrounding area.

When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her exploring somewhere new, listening to live music, or chasing around her wild boy.

A few things you should know about Brittany:

☕ Coffee order: An iced coffee… basically always.

🌴 Dream vacation: Somewhere tropical with beautiful water, good food, and absolutely nothing on the schedule.

🎵 Always playing: Alternative rock, indie, pop—or whatever song she currently has stuck in her head.

🍽️ Favorite local spot: Thursdays at Harry’s for fried chicken, cooked cabbage, collards, and black-eyed peas. Give her all the good Southern comfort.

❤️ Favorite part of helping clients: The connections I make with my clients. I love getting to know the people I work with and being someone they know they can come back to when they have questions.

If you've called our office, there's a pretty good chance you've heard that a time or two! Diana has been part of the HSS crew for a year and a half, helping keep clients taken care of and the wheels turning around here.

When she's not at HSS, she's a mom of two, a triathlete in training and quite possibly fueled entirely by Celsius.

Your Medicare Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) should be arriving soon, and this is one piece of Medicare mail we DON'T want you to toss aside!

It will show you what is changing with your current plan for 2027 — things like copays, prescriptions, provider networks, dental, vision, OTC benefits and more.

❤️ Remember: AEP does NOT mean you automatically need to change plans. If you're happy with your plan and it continues to work for you, staying right where you are may be the best choice.

We’ll be hosting carrier-specific information sessions at our Elkin office to help our members understand their 2027 changes. More details coming soon!
