My home.

In 2017, my son and I relocated from Merced, California to Crete, Nebraska. The move was undeniably overwhelming, but it set the stage for where I am today. Initially, we transitioned from the small town of Crete to another small town, Seward, where I finally started to feel comfortable in Nebraska. Yet, I yearned for more—more opportunities, more connections, and more experiences.

That's when we decided to give Lincoln a try. I fell in love with Lincoln; it had everything I thought we needed. However, when the opportunity to buy a house arose, it felt like destiny leading us to Omaha.

We've been living in Omaha for a year now, and I couldn't be happier. The city offers endless opportunities, it's clean, beautiful, and affordable. As much as I miss my family, my home, I wouldn't have been able to give myself and my son the life we have now if we never left. I am truly grateful to live in Omaha and be able to raise my son in such a wonderful place.
