Can I tell you a story?
I met Gaby Sanchez about two years ago. She was working as an assistant in the industry. After partnering up with her on another project I noticed her work ethic and customer service. Then I asked “why don’t you get your license “ long story short it took a short time before she “HEARD” me 🤦🏽♀️ but she did and that’s what lead to the next season.
She started helping me translate a Real estate study course in Spanish to help get her to focus on studying. Then it was fun time to take the test. While the first time wasn’t a charm let’s fast forward to the day she got her license. Within no time her pipeline was full and we closed her first transaction. It was not the easiest but she got through it.
Why am I telling you this? Because today she closed her first Commercial deal only to have her next deal to close out next week (god willing). Currently has a duplex listing in Sacramento , a single family home in Stockton listed and 4 more commercial deals in the works.
Before in her mind it was not even a possibility for her to be a Realtor and today she is a Top Realtor, officially a Commercial agent, a mentor and Leader.
As her mentor and partner I am absolutely proud of her accomplishments. She will tell you it’s because of our leadership but I will tell you it’s all her hustle and tenacity . She is one hell of a Realtor ✨✨✨
