I’m so excited for these two as they step into their next chapter of homeownership!

One of the things I love most about my job is looking beyond just getting someone approved for a mortgage. It’s about understanding the bigger picture and finding opportunities that can help my clients build their future and reach their goals.

With the updated guidelines regarding departing residences and rental income, we were able to explore a strategy that helped them buy their new home while also keeping their previous home as a rental property! Sometimes, the right loan strategy can open doors you didn’t even realize were possible!

🇺🇸 Today, we remember.

September 11th is a day we should never allow to become just another date on the calendar.

I’m especially thankful for social media this year because I’ve seen so many stories being shared - the lives lost, the first responders who ran towards danger, the families who carried unimaginable loss, and the heroes who showed us what courage looks like.

Those stories matter. Remembering matters.

For those who were there, for those who served afterward, and for the generations who only know 9/11 through the stories we tell them - we will never forget. 🇺🇸

Five years. 🤍

When I look back on the last five years, I realize this anniversary is about so much more than a job.

It’s about the families I’ve had the privilege of serving, the homes I’ve helped people make memories in, and the relationships that have come from simply getting to be a small part of such a big moment in someone’s life.

It’s about everything this career has taught me - the lessons, the challenges, the growth, and the opportunities that have pushed me to become a better loan officer and a better person.

And it’s also about what this career has allowed me to build outside of work. The opportunities I’ve been given have helped me build and support my own family, create a life I’m incredibly grateful for, and be present for the people who mean the most to me.

I’m so thankful for every borrower who has trusted me, every family who has allowed me to be part of their homeownership journey, every realtor and business partner who has believed in me, and every person who has helped me along the way.

Five years in, and I’m still incredibly grateful that I get to call this my career. Here’s to the families served, the lessons learned, the opportunities ahead, and whatever the next five years bring.
