Due to the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus, we wanted to make our customers aware of their options for handling any insurance business they may have:

Questions or payments:

Local Office: Our office will remain open until we are required to close. Our office hours are 8:30-5:00 Monday through Friday. There is also a dropbox available after-hours payment by the front entrance. That being said, IF you are sick, please stay home and use our other contact options.

Phone: We are able to take credit/debit card payments by phone, as well as, answer any questions you may have concerning your insurance. If you do not want to get out or are classified as High Risk for the COVID-19 virus, please use this option. Local office phone number: 423-543-2288

Online: You can make payments or file claims through our website at www.fbitn.com

File a claim, or after-hours payments: Our customer service number is: 1-877-876-2222

Email: If you want to contact your agent directly, email is a great option! We are able to answer any insurance questions you may have and make changes to most of your policies through email.
