Fraud Awareness Month Tip: Keeping your account safe starts with staying aware.

If you spot a transaction you don’t recognize, let us know as soon as possible — federal rules give you 60 days from your statement date to report unauthorized debit card activity.

We’re always here to support you.

🚨SCAM ALERT: Fake Geek Squad Renewal Email🚨

There’s a scam email going around claiming to be Best Buy’s “Geek Squad” and saying your service was “renewed” for $230–$350. It includes a phone number to call.

If you call, the scammers ask for online banking log‑ins, account numbers, or even remote access to your device.

No legitimate company will EVER ask for your online banking information.

If you get this email:
• Delete it
• Don’t call the number
• Report it as spam/scam with your email provider

If you already responded to it, please contact us so we can help protect your account.
