With the bad weather approaching I want to share the policy for the Elida Ohio office.

For the safety of our clients and associates, this Edward Jones office follows Ohio Snow Emergency Level guidelines as issued by the local Sheriff’s Office.
• Level 1:
Our office will remain open as scheduled. Please use caution when traveling.
• Level 2:
Our office may open late, close early, or move to virtual appointments. Clients with scheduled meetings will be contacted directly.
• Level 3:
Our office will be closed. All in-person appointments will be rescheduled or conducted virtually when possible.

If you have an appointment scheduled during inclement weather, we encourage you to contact our office before traveling. Your safety is our priority.

I am reminded often that change will happen over time. In the last 6 months we have had a lot of change. We moved from Harding highway on the east side of Lima to our new office in Elida villlage, my office partner Bernie retired from full time to spend time with family (she will fill in for us occasionally), to fill her shoes in the office we hired Kendra who is training now, and last week we put the final capstone to all of these changes , the new sign at the street was installed by sign solutions of Ohio( we still have a little landscaping todo)
I am thankful for these changes and all of the people who guided me through this journey. I am also thankful for the clients who trust us, without you all we would not be where we are.
