I am incredibly grateful for my wonderful clients and their thoughtful gifts of appreciation for me and my family!

As a realtor, I often have to drop what I’m doing to prioritize my clients’ needs. On a recent home tour, an unexpected snow day meant my two oldest daughters were out of school—so they joined me and my clients in the search for the perfect home. While I reviewed MLS details, my girls enthusiastically engaged with my clients, exploring lots and pointing out the best views.

Their kindness and generosity truly made the day special for my daughters and me! I am sincerely grateful for their trust and appreciation.

🎉Happy Closing Day! 🎉

Congratulations to Sue and Kev on purchasing their new home—and welcome back to South Carolina!

Finding the perfect home took two trips, but today, they officially got the keys! Since Sue and Kev live out of town, we had to maximize their time in Columbia. By carefully analyzing their needs and wants beforehand, we efficiently toured neighborhoods and quickly found what we thought was their dream home. We successfully negotiated over $38,000 in incentives and closing costs—an incredible deal!

However, sensing some hesitation, I encouraged them to take a second look. Sure enough, they decided to keep searching. After an additional day of touring with no luck, they returned home. But I wasn’t done! Determined to find the right home for my clients, I continued the search and discovered a new construction property that checked all their boxes. Conducted a video walkthrough, sent it to them, and they loved it!

Today, they completed their final walkthrough and closed—on Kev’s birthday, making it even more special.
