Please be aware of motorcyclist. If you’re impaired, don’t get in the vehicle ,if you’re elderly and your vision and your reflexes aren’t what they used to be stay out of the vehicle. In a blink of an eye a motorcyclist can be killed because you weren’t paying atention . Please be vigilant this summer and be safe

Well, here we go again. Snow ice and bad roads. Please be careful out there today. Stay off the roads if possible. Slow down and keep a safe distance between you and other vehicles. I’ve seen too much tailgating and people driving too fast in the weather conditions. They wonder why they have accidents. That’s just crazy.
I’ve decided to close the office today although we are working from home. If you call the office, I can see that and I can monitor emails and voicemail. I am the only one that takes care of me so I have to be cautious and it’s not worth getting hurt or wrecking my vehicle to sit in the office all day and maybe have one or two people come in. If you need help or have questions you also can call 800 number of your current carrier. Same goes for payments. You can call your carrier or go on their website and pay your payment. I can take credit card debit card and checking account payments. I just can’t take cash payments from home. We plan to be there tomorrow God willing. Please have a safe Monday. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Due to the snow storm coming in the office will be closed today. Sydney and I will be working from home so you may leave a voicemail and we will call you back. If you need to make a payment, you can call your carriers 800 number for customer service. We will reopen on Monday at 9 AM.
After Tuesdays, snow fiasco and trying to get home after 2 1/2 hours of sliding everywhere I have decided that it’s just not safe for me or Sydney to be on the road. I am the only one that takes care of me and I cannot take risk like that. I hope people understand and I’m sorry if this is an inconvenience to you. We do our best to help our customers in any and every way.
My suggestion to my clients is to stay off the roads if you don’t have to be out. Tuesday, I witnessed auto accidents, people in ditches and spin outs. The roads were extremely treacherous and too many people were taking too many risks. Your life is far more important than trying to get somewhere unless it’s absolutely necessary. If you do go out, please slow down. I witness so many people driving too fast for the conditions and ended up with a wrecked car. Stay safe and warm this weekend and we will see you Monday.

The office will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, February4th due to the weather. I will reopen on Thursday, February 5 at 9 AM.

After the time it took me to get home today and as bad as the roads where I am not coming back off this hill tomorrow. Because I don’t think they’re gonna be any better. So those of you who don’t absolutely have to go anywhere please stay home. I don’t want to see anybody get hurt or damage their vehicles. It’s just not worth it. If you have a problem or need to make a payment, call the office leave a voicemail or you can call your carriers 800 number.

The office will be closed again today due to the road conditions. It’s just not worth the risk being on the roads. If you need assistance, please call the office and leave a voicemail as I can check the voicemail system and I can also get notices of all calls coming into the office. I will call you back. You may also email me at [email protected] . If you have a claim, I can file it for you or you can cut some of the red tape and call your carriers 800 claim number that is on the back of your insurance card. If you need to make a payment, you may contact your insurance carrier’s website or you may call me and I can do those over the phone. The only thing I cannot do is cash payments at this point. We hope to be in the office tomorrow, so sorry for the inconvenience. I’m over this weather and ready for spring. You guys be safe out there and do not take any chances with the temperatures as cold as they are and the roads are as bad as they are, things can happen very quickly. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience.
