I am building this business to be a family legacy. My children are already learning beside me — how to evaluate a property, how to read a cap rate, how to know what we are looking for and what to walk away from. My goal is to reach at least a thousand doors, then slowly hand the reins to them and grow it past five thousand. I want to be debt-free, financially stable, and able to take care of the people I love.
There is a personal picture behind all of this. As a pilot, I would like to own my own plane one day — not to fly for a paycheck, but to take my family wherever they want to go. Aviation as a way of life instead of a job. For my investors, this matters: you are working with an operator whose own family’s future rides on the same discipline he applies to your capital. I am not raising money to gamble. I am building the thing my children will inherit

I have been a business owner my entire adult life. I started my first business at sixteen, and by twenty-one I was running eight of them at the same time. One of those businesses is still operating today, thirty years later. Building, fixing, and operating things has never been a side interest for me — it is the only way I have ever known how to work.
In 2007 I followed a second calling and became a commercial airline pilot, a career I held for nineteen years. I have also been investing in real estate since I was seventeen — single-family fix-and-flips at first, then multifamily townhome renovations and development deals in 2017, somewhere between thirty and forty transactions over seventeen years. Recently I gave up my wings to focus on real estate one hundred percent. The chapter I am building now is multifamily buy-and-hold, held for the long term, for the cash flow.

In 2018, with only $35K to my name (injury settlement from the airline I was with at the time), I was able to purchase a multifamily property for rehab, and in less than a year, turned my $35K into almost $600K. Since then, I've been working on engineering and architecture for phase 2, which is ground up development of an additional 6 townhouses, with total costs at $1.2M and an ARV of $2.6M.
