Can Netflix help you buy a house? 🍿🏡

One of my favorite tips for building credit is to put a small monthly subscription, like Netflix, on a credit card and set it to automatically pay off in full every month.

It’s an easy way to establish payment history without spending money you weren’t already spending.

If buying a home is in your future, let’s talk about getting your credit mortgage-ready.

🏡 Good news for manufactured home financing!

A manufactured home that’s been moved before? That used to be a major roadblock when it came to conventional financing — but that’s changing.

Freddie Mac recently updated its guidelines to allow financing on qualifying manufactured homes that have previously been moved.

That means more homes may now have financing options available, giving buyers more possibilities, sellers a larger pool of potential buyers, and Realtors more options when working with manufactured homes.

There are still requirements the home will need to meet, but a previous move doesn’t necessarily mean conventional financing is off the table anymore.
