Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Justin Tate

Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Justin Tate I grew up on a farm just outside of El Reno, where my parents taught me and my siblings the value of doing the best you can in work and school.

As a financial advisor with Edward Jones my father taught me the importance of saving and not letting the reward of hard work be wasted. It was at a young age he taught me the value of investing both financially and in yourself. I graduated from Oklahoma State University thanks to the hard work of my parents. There I met my amazing wife, Katie. We have now been married for 6 wonderful years, and w

e have one highly energetic little boy, Parker. A few years after college I was blessed to serve as the Administrator and Video Director of a church in Bixby, OK. My wife grew up in the church, and we are lucky to have been a part of such a wonderful church family. It was there I learned the joy of serving others, but my job kept me "behind the scenes." I wanted to be able to serve people while also developing a deeper relationship with them. After speaking with my father and several other financial advisors I knew this was for me. I started with Edward Jones because I wanted to be in a position where I could truly help others. I'm proud to be where I am today. Our Edward Jones office has served the El Reno community and surrounding area for more than 30 years. Our desire is to know what is most important to our clients and partner with them in developing a plan that puts them on the path to achieving their financial goals. We use an established process and get to know everyone personally so we can service their needs as their lives continue to evolve. Thank you for taking the time to learn about me, and I hope you'll give me the opportunity to learn a little about you. Give us a call, send an email, or drop on by. I look forward to it. Edward Jones is a financial- services firm dedicated to serving the needs of individual investors. Member SIPC.

Higher Treasury yields weighed on equities last week, renewing concerns about whether the economy and markets can withstand elevated rates. Despite the potential for seasonal volatility, resilient economic activity and strong corporate earnings support a constructive backdrop for equities.

Can a six-figure income still leave you feeling financially lost?

Our research with Gallup — recently featured in Fortune — found that among Americans earning more than $135,000, nearly 70% still struggle to feel financially fulfilled. Even more striking: 1 in 5 high earners report experiencing significant financial stress.

As a financial advisor, this doesn't surprise me. Income alone doesn't create confidence. What can make a difference is having a clear plan, knowing what matters most to you, and feeling genuinely in control of your financial future.
If any of this resonates, I'd love to start a conversation.

Inflation has trended lower, supporting the case for the Federal Reserve to keep policy rates steady. While the path back to the Fed's inflation target may not be perfectly smooth, strong earnings, healthy economic growth and resilient consumer spending continue to help support market strength.
