As a Transportation Underwriter/Broker, you’ll drive revenue growth by providing Retail Agents with responsive underwriting capabilities and access to national markets through relationships with Specialty Carriers.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Prospect for New Business: Network and build relationships with Independent Retail Agents and Carrier Underwriters.
• Build Strong Relationships: Ensure competitive pricing and access to coverage by fostering strong relationships with Specialty Carriers.
• Pre-qualify Submissions: Focus on high-probability sales opportunities while adhering to Carrier guidelines.
• Develop Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of insurance solutions for specific product lines, industry segments, and business types.
• Analyze Submissions: Quickly determine the best available Carrier, coverage, forms, and premium.
• Gather Risk Information: Identify potential areas of exposure that LSR could quote.
• Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry and market trends.
• Educate Business Partners: Ensure partners understand LSR’s full range of risk solutions.
• Lead and Train: May oversee a support team, providing training and guidance.
• Travel: Be prepared to travel as needed.
