Not because those businesses are bad. Because our model only works one way: a small number of sales, done completely, at full attention. Every listing we take on gets two partners, a defensible asking price, vetted buyers, and total confidentiality until the day it closes.

I'm Roly. Some people know me as Yazir. Same guy, either name works.

Before I ever brokered a deal, I ran restaurants. Our family group got to almost $10M a year, and I can tell you nothing about that number was glamorous. It was 5am prep, broken ice machines, covering shifts, and praying over payroll more than once.

That's why I do this the way I do it. When an owner sits across from me, I'm not looking at a listing. I know what it took, because I lived it.

These days my job is simpler to say than it is to do: help El Paso owners sell what they built, quietly, for a fair number, to a buyer who'll take care of it. Manny handles the close. I stake my name on the price.

Meet Manny Ceniceros. Managing Director, Partner, and the reason deals don't fall apart at Covenant.

A restaurant on Mesa is not a restaurant in the Lower Valley. A shop that runs on Fort Bliss traffic is not a shop that runs on foot traffic downtown. A business built on relationships across the border works differently than one that never crosses it.
