This one took some time, but the Dream Program saved the day AGAIN! 🙌

We started with a Non-QM bank statement program that required 20% down, but we were able to pivot and still use bank statements, without the 20% down payment! 🔥

This is exactly where having so many tricks in the bag comes in handy. Every client’s situation is different, and sometimes it’s all about finding the right solution to get them to the closing table.

It’s always an awesome experience being able to help people you know. I hadn’t seen these friends in a very long time, so when their Realtor walked in with them, I was pleasantly surprised!

This one was a long, hard and exhausting process, but we kept pushing, finding solutions and refusing to give up. In the end, it was all worth it when they finally got the keys to the home with the pool they wanted! 🏡🏊‍♂️🙌
