About the Role: We’re looking for a friendly, organized full-time receptionist to serve as the welcoming face and voice of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, creating a positive first impression, and supporting clients as they protect what matters most.
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Welcome clients and guests with a warm, professional presence.
• Answer incoming calls, route inquiries, and take accurate messages.
• Collect and process client payments.
• Assist clients with basic paperwork and appointment scheduling.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Provide light administrative support to the insurance agents.

• Experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
• Clear verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Comfort using common office software, including Word, Excel, and email systems.
• Strong multitasking ability with careful attention to detail.
• A positive, empathetic attitude, especially when assisting clients during important life transitions.
