Job Title: Teller / Member Services
Job Type: Full-Time
DESCRIPTION
Lion Federal Credit Union is looking to fill a Teller / Member Services position.
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist members with savings, checking, and loan payment transactions, answering incoming calls, as well as assisting members with Online Banking and Debit Card questions in person and by phone.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school or GED required. One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of one year customer service experience and cash handling experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for comprehensive, prompt and efficient member transactions. Balancing cash drawer at the end of the day and reporting any discrepancy as necessary to management. Other duties include but are not limited to daily filing, pulling member files for loan officers, processing daily mail, processing night deposit items, preparing monthly/quarterly member statements for mailing.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Must have strong verbal and interpersonal relationship skills. Must have excellent organization skills, be able to multi-task and cross-training is a must.
