Responsibilities

* Contact families who have requested information.
* Conduct phone or in-person conversations.
* Educate families on Final Expense Life Insurance.
* Recommend coverage that fits their needs.
* Submit applications electronically.
* Follow up with clients professionally.
* Participate in daily training and coaching.

Requirements

* Computer with reliable internet (for telesales)
* Phone
* Quiet work environment free from distractions
* Ability to obtain a Life Insurance License (if not already licensed)

Licensed agents are encouraged to apply, but licensing is not required to start the interview process.

Compensation

At ITL Agency, we don’t limit your success with an hourly wage. Your income is determined by your effort, consistency, and willingness to learn.

Our agents are paid by commission, allowing you to earn based on your performance. Top-performing agents enjoy substantial income potential with no ceiling on what they can achieve.

Throwing it back to a great day in El Dorado when ITL Agency had the opportunity to partner with The MARS Group and help work their booth at a local festival!

It was a great time meeting members of the community, sharing career opportunities, and connecting with families. Days like these are a reminder that our business is about more than selling insurance—it’s about serving people, building relationships, and making a difference.
