Unlock direct carrier access, 90% profit sharing, full book ownership, and a collaborative community that helps you thrive. PIIB was started in 1992 when five independent agencies started meeting weekly to address the stressors of rising volume requirements from insurance companies, profit sharing minimums, and general business pressures. Seeking a way to enable their individual agencies without becoming a cluster profit center, the group worked on the "PIIB Model" for two years.

Clause 13 is underway! 📣

Our Clause 13 members made their way to Southern California for our first meeting in beautiful Oceanside. We kicked things off with dinner, followed by a full day of strategy, honest conversation, and shared perspectives.

Opening up about your business - the wins, the challenges, and everything in between, isn’t always easy. That’s what makes Clause 13 so special. It’s about creating a trusted community where agency owners can learn from one another, exchange ideas, and help each other grow.

A huge thank you to our friends at Liberty Mutual Insurance for hosting such a fun celebration for PIIB and a few of our amazing affiliate agencies!
From the race track to the bowling lanes, it was a fantastic day full of laughs, a little friendly competition, and time spent strengthening relationships outside of the office.
