Big win!! I don’t post all of our closing but this one is a prod moment … Got a call from my client saying “Saif I got a heck of a deal on a house but we need to close in 11 days. I looked at the calendar and there were two weekends in those 11days. Seller had to close for their 1031 exchange or they will pay a lot of money in taxes. Challenge accepted!!! We got the loan done in 10days and had a happy client and seller. Experience, hard work, and overall caring about our clients is what makes us one of the best lenders in town. Give us a call not matter how hard the loan is or how fast you need to close we can make it happen!!

Story time!! I met this client about 2yrs ago. He wasn’t ready then but I promised him I would help him to make sure he gets ready to buy the dream home for him and his family.
