Very proud of my team for this! We originally got this property under contract in January of this year and sold it later in the same month. We have been an escrow since then managing complicated issues with title and 9 heirs!

Our Transaction Coordinator Krizza and Disposition Manager Derek Jutton were troopers in doing the next thing that needed to be done, which included estate files, multiple rounds of documents being signed by all 9 parties who were in multiple locations across the country.

There was even a long-lost heir that we felt would probably be the cause of us not being able to close this deal, as recently as 2 weeks ago. Miraculously we located him, and today we finally closed this deal.

Shout out to the buyer for being patient and for pitching in to help move the process forward. A positive and collaborative attitude goes a long way in tricky situations like this!

We closed on a vacant land deal today 37 days from the contract date. The seller had requested a 45 day close and we got it done ahead of time!

Crazy thing about this one- we first talked to this seller in July of 2022! Three years later we made a deal and got them paid!
