Beware of calls from those pretending to be your bank and warning you of fraudulent charges on your Debit / Credit card.
The latest tactic is to tell you that the thieves also gained access to your online account. They will create a sense of urgency and then send you a text asking for you to verify your online username and password. DO NOT GIVE THEM THIS INFO. In the event that your bank does call you, they will NEVER ask you for any account details.
ALWAYS verify and ask clarifying questions. NEVER give any usernames, passwords or account details!
