Recently, our industry lost one of the good ones.
A man who didn’t just work in the oilfield—he lived it. Someone who understood the grit, the long days, and the pride that comes with building something that lasts.
He wasn’t just part of the business—he was part of its backbone. The kind of man who believed in doing things the right way, even when it wasn’t the easy way.
He was also an oilfield art legend—whether you realize it or not, you’ve either had one of his prints hanging on a wall or seen his work somewhere across America. His art didn’t just capture the equipment, it captured the soul of the people behind it.
His impact goes beyond the deals, the work, or the success. It lives in the people he influenced, the standards he set, and the respect he earned along the way.
One thing he always stood firm on:
