It’s usually hundreds of small impulse decisions that add up over time.

The good news? You can reduce those temptations.

Here are 5 ways to stop impulse spending:

1️⃣ Unsubscribe from shopping emails
Retailers send emails designed to trigger spending. Remove the temptation.

2️⃣ Delete shopping & food apps
If it’s not on your phone, it’s much harder to spend money without thinking.

3️⃣ Avoid temptation zones
Malls, department stores, and endless online browsing often lead to spending you didn’t plan for.

4️⃣ Call a friend or family member
