Penterra Services is in search of experienced contract Division Order Analysts local to the Oklahoma City area. Ideal candidates will have a strong title background, including Texas experience in division orders or running HBP title.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing and analyzing DOI’s, title opinions, leases, mineral deeds, ownership reports and related contracts
Ensure correct ownership information along with pertinent lease and obligation information is timely and accurately entered into land systems and linked properly to applicable owners, wells and contracts

Candidates must be local to the Oklahoma City area.

Thanks again for all of the donations for our annual holiday food drive supporting the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma from everyone at our OKC office. It was another great success as we collected over 1500lbs of food for local families this holiday season!
