Be honest… 👇

What’s the REAL reason you haven’t bought a house yet?
A) Bad credit
B) Down payment
C) Don’t know where to start
D) Something else

Most people pick A. And that’s the one I improve fastest.

If you’re in RGV and you can afford rent, you can afford a mortgage. The only thing missing is the credit plan.

Friday paycheck just hit. Where’s it going? 💸

Rent again? Or toward YOUR mortgage?

Stop letting your credit score keep you RENTING 😤

Lenders WILL approve you at 500. The problem isn’t the score — it’s the collections, charge-offs, and late payments reporting.

At 500: 10% down required
At 580: Only 3.5% down

That 80 point jump could save you $15,000+ on a $300K house.

What’s your credit score right now? Be honest 👇

If you want me to look at your report and map your path to homeowner, comment HOME and I’ll DM you.

P.S. Tag someone who thinks they can’t buy. They need to hear this.

The bank can’t just sell your repo’d car for PENNIES and leave you with the debt 😡

By law, they have to sell it for a “commercially reasonable” price. If your $15K car got auctioned for $3K, that’s a VIOLATION.

And that violation could ERASE your repo balance... or even get YOU a check.
Been repo’d in the last 4 years?

Comment REPO below and I’ll check if the bank broke the rules on yours.

🚨 If you have a repossession on your credit… you could be losing your home approval right now without even knowing it 🏠❌

Here’s what most people don’t realize 👇
That repo balance doesn’t disappear just because the car is gone 🚗

Lenders still count that unpaid amount in your debt-to-income ratio (DTI) 📊 — and that alone can slash your approval or get your loan denied entirely.

I’ve personally seen ONE repo reduce buying power by $30K–$70K+ 💰

And the worst part? Most buyers find out at the closing table… when it’s too late.

If you have a repo (even if it’s old or charged off), comment “REPO” 👇
I’ll help you break down exactly what it’s doing to your approval and what options you have.

Save this 💾 if you’re serious about buying a home soon 🏡

🚨 Did your lender sell your repossessed car without telling you?

Here’s something most people don’t know…
In many repossession situations, lenders are legally required to send you a notice of sale before they sell the vehicle — whether it’s at auction or a private sale.

This notice should include details like:
✔️ When the car will be sold
✔️ How the sale will happen
✔️ Your rights and options before the sale

If you never received that notice — or the information was incorrect — that could be a serious compliance issue and may affect what they’re allowed to collect from you. ⚖️

This comes up a lot with repos, collections, and charge-offs — and it can open the door for credit repair opportunities.

👇 Did you receive a notice before your vehicle was sold?
Comment YES or NO

That repo could cost you $15,000 on your next car. 🚗💰

18%–29% interest is common after a repossession — and that adds up fast.

Comment “CAR” if this happened to you.

If your car was repossessed and the lender is calling you for more money — stop before you pay anything.

After a repossession, banks must follow strict repossession laws and send proper post-repossession notices explaining the balance, sale details, and any deficiency amount. If those rules were violated, you may not legally owe that balance.

The details matter — how the repo happened and what paperwork you received can change everything.

Tell me: Did you receive a written notice after your repossession? Yes or No?

Comment “REPO” if you want help reviewing your situation.

Most people think a repossessed car just means more debt — but that’s not always true.

If your repossessed vehicle sells at auction for more than your loan balance and fees, that extra money is called a surplus, and it should go to you — not the lender. ⚖️🚗

Many borrowers never receive a surplus check or written notice explaining it. If you were owed money and never received it, that can be a legal violation and is worth reviewing.

Tell us what documents you received (or didn’t receive) after your repossession — your situation matters.

👇 Comment “SURPLUS FUNDS” if this applies to you, and let’s walk through what you should look for next.

Think the repo is over once they take the car?

It’s not.

After a vehicle is repossessed, lenders are generally required to send a post-repossession notice explaining the balance claimed, how the vehicle will be sold, any added fees, and your Right to Redeem. ⚖️🚗

That document controls timelines and your remaining options. Yet many people either never receive it — or don’t realize what should be inside it.

If you received a notice and weren’t sure what it meant — or never received one at all — that’s important.

Tell me what paperwork you received after your repo, or comment “NOTICE” and I’ll explain what to look for. 👇
