Today’s is Patricia Juaristi, AVP/Loan Review Officer at TRB McAllen McColl. “I feel very fortunate to be part of the TRB family as I am proud of the organization’s success and the professional growth I’ve had”, she says. “My colleagues make the day fun despite any challenges that we may encounter”, she adds. With over 25 years of experience, Patricia is a Banker at heart. Her banking career began in 1996 at Citibank Mexico followed by various roles at a small community bank in Virginia.

Patricia is a proud mom of two beautiful and intelligent girls aged twelve and eighteen and a pet lover. Having a balanced and healthy lifestyle between work and family is the most important thing for her. As a breast cancer survivor, Patricia’s motto is to enjoy all the little moments in life. “Spending time with my family, staying active, reading a good book, watching Netflix, cooking, and chatting with good friends is what I enjoy most in life”, she says.

This May, we will celebrate Patricia’s 7th Anniversary with TRB!

Today’s is Alyssa Ayala, Accounting Analyst at TRB. “One of my favorite things about working at TRB is how friendly, welcoming, and helpful every person that works here is”, she says. “From my co-workers in my department to every bank employee I have had the pleasure of meeting, everyone has been kind and helpful; it’s a great atmosphere to be around”, she adds.

In her free time, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies and sports, and shopping. She also loves to work out, stay active, and hang out with her dog.
