A group of Flexers joined hundreds of volunteers at Coated in Love's annual 3000 Acts of Kindness event at the Minneapolis Convention Center to help those experiencing homelessness. In addition to distributing winter essentials like coats, boots, and gloves, the event hosted 60 social service agencies offering support for mental health, addiction treatment, employment, and housing. Thousands of attendees were also offered haircuts, hygiene kits, massages, nourishing meals, and, most importantly, a chance to feel seen and valued. Making a positive impact on our community is one of our core values, and it was truly uplifting to see so many people come together in support of those in need.

the : Embracing the Current event hosted by our client, American Indian
OIC. This event celebrated the impactful work of their team and partners, who have
made significant strides in addressing the disproportionate effects of the criminal justice system on people of color in Minnesota. Thanks to their efforts, over 400 men, women, and teens have successfully transitioned from incarceration to meaningful employment. With powerful remarks from poet Louise Waakaa’igan, the evening was both uplifting and inspiring.

Lynn Laumann Photography and 15 Flexers got together for an onsite company photo shoot in early October. Flexers who participated were offered free express gel manicures and lunch following the shoot.
