It’s a great honor to share with all of you that I have been named a top producer by Minnesota Housing Finance Agency who recognizes the mortgage loan officers who have a high production in their Minnesota statewide homeownership program. In 2022 MInnesota Housing Finance Agency helped 5,600 families in Minnesota get into homes through assistance and special financing options. This was nearly $1.8 billion in loan volume going towards efforts in getting people into their homes! I am so incredibly grateful for their efforts and this agency’s long term vision!

Eligible programs effective this year can offer up to $18,000 in down payment assistance.
