Caspian Group Brokers Kaitlyn Stephan, Justin Trittin, and Zach Kaplan had a great time chatting with students at the University of St. Thomas Real Estate Career Fair earlier this week. We even saw some familiar faces in the industry and enjoyed catching up with them as well. Overall, a great event and we look forward to attending in the future!

Last week we had a blast hosting our annual volunteer event in partnership with Harvest Pack 🌾 We enjoy doing this event each year because Harvest Pack is more than just a client, they are our friends and we are proud to assist them in giving back to others in need 💚

For those that don't know, Harvest Pack is a local non-profit organization in the Twin Cities Metro that utilizes volunteers to pack meals formulated by food scientists to ensure malnourished children have access to high quality food.

To ensure our volunteers were well fed, we catered delicious Indian food from our client, Sizzle Street 🥘 We love partnering with our clients to host events like this and appreciate everyone that joined us!

Justin Trittin is originally from Lakeville, MN, but journeyed down south to study economics at the W. P. Carey School of Business - ASU. Following college, Justin worked in sales and operations at multiple high profile companies, including Uber and Thomson Reuters, before making the jump to commercial real estate in 2024. With a strong desire to return home, Justin has joined Caspian Group where he brings his expertise of tenant representation and is eager to assist businesses/investors in their search for the right property. Today we celebrate the birthday of one of our newest associates 🥳

Hannah Hannuksela joined Caspian Group at the beginning of last summer as a brokerage intern. Her internship went so well that she joined as an associate in the fall while at the same time finishing her last year of college at the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in real estate and property management.
