On-Call 24/7 Bail Bonds has opportunities available for both non-liable and liable writing agents! If you are a highly motivated, self-starting, hard-working kind of person who wants the flexibility and unlimited earning potential of being your own boss then this might be the opportunity you've been looking for!

As a Bail Agent, you will be the face of On-Call 24/7 Bail Bonds to our customers, attorneys, judges, and jail and court staff. A professional appearance and demeanor are an absolute must. Insurance agents doing business in other lines make great bail agents as well and all that is required is to add Bail Bonds to your business lines on your current Insurance Producer license. Prior experience as a licensed Bail Agent is helpful, but not required. We will provide startup and ongoing training for the right individuals. Legal, law enforcement, or military experience are also a big plus. We have territories available all over the state of Minnesota, as long as you are within a reasonable driving distance of any county seat city or town with a jail and courthouse. We have a need for both full-time and part-time agents.

As with most sales professional careers, the compensation for this position is 100% commission, so if you're looking for a guaranteed, pre-determined, hourly type of paycheck every week, this probably isn't your gig. But, if you want flexibility that punching a time clock doesn't give you and the ability to write your own paycheck based on how much work you're willing to put into it, then there's no other job out there better than this one.

Requirements:

· Current Minnesota Insurance Producer license with Bail Bonds as a line of business and Notary Commission, or at least qualified to obtain them. We will help you with that process.
· Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
· Must have a clean criminal record and be able to pass a background check by the MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
· Excellent customer service skills and a high value on honesty and ethics.
· Ability to get things done without direct supervision and to work flexible hours (We are On-Call 24/7!)

If there’s an outstanding warrant for your arrest, chances are good it’s made it harder for you to find stable housing, get employed, and move forward with your life.

But what if your past wrongs could be forgiven, without your arrest?

We’re holding a warrant resolution event on Nov. 17 from 9 a.m. – 2p.m. at Crossroads Church in Eagan.

This event is only for people with misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor, and probation violations for the misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor level in Dakota County. If that’s you, we hope you’ll consider joining us—and giving yourself a fresh start. We’ll have attorneys, judges and community corrections staff on hand to help process and resolve your case.

This is a child-friendly, forgiveness-focused event, hosted in partnership with the First Judicial District, Office of the Public Defender, ACLU, NAACP, and La Asamblea de Derechos Civiles. We also expect to have interpreters available on site.
