That's wonderful news! Congratulations to Constance on her new multi-unit property. It sounds like a great investment, having a place to call home and generating rental income from the other unit. That really is cool!

In real estate, as with other businesses, when demand is higher than supply, prices rise, and if supply outpaces demand, prices fall.

The COVID-19 pandemic added other factors that threw supply and demand out of balance as well.
