Monster 🏆 today! This one really hits home and is a huge win to share!

Not all lenders are created equal.

Brokers are Better.

Two days prior to closing (even thought the CU had been working this file since Feb 2nd 2024) my borrowers were notified they would need 10% down to qualify for the loan with a local credit union. This was because of thier overlays, which were additional requirements this credit union required to do the loan.

The listing agent Reffered them to me for a second opinion since this purchase was going to fall apart for them… I was able to save this deal! My borrowers only needed 3% percent down all while my interest rate and terms were even better than what they were being offered prior.

I have an amazing couple that just got the news
we are clear to close on their new home! 🏡
