We continually strive to help our members provide superior financial loan services to residents of Maryland and expand homeownership statewide. On an on-going basis, the association provides our members with useful and informative continuing education programs, workshops, conferences and seminars t

o help them grow in their careers. We serve as an advocate for the mortgage banking industry, constantly staying abreast of key legislative and regulatory issues at the state and local levels while representing the interests of our members. We have retained a professional lobbyist skilled in the legislative process who works diligently in Annapolis on your behalf. In addition, membership in the MMBA offers mortgage bankers across the state of Maryland an important network of contacts to help members gain insight and comradery among industry leaders that also share their experiences and challenges. Luncheon meetings and social events allow members a needed forum for the discussion of key issues as well as professional growth and development. We also provide our members with vital information about the tools and trends they need to be successful and advance their business objectives.
