What a night! We just wrapped an amazing Fall Party filled with live New Orleans jazz, incredible food, and quality time with our team.

Po Boy Sliders, Dirty Rice, Shrimp & Grits, Hush Puppies - our taste buds are still celebrating. We gathered together, laughed, and fueled up because we know Q4 is about to get crazy.

We've officially wrapped up the 2026 CG Bags Tourney!

Congrats to our champions across Eden Prairie, Monticello, and Waite Park offices. Thanks to all 47 players who showed up, competed, and helped us donate $1,000 to amazing local charities like Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Minnesota, A Breath of Hope Lung Cancer Foundation, Party for a Purpose, Mn Adult & Teen Challenge, and The Wildcat Sanctuary.

Our teams gathered this summer to connect and have some fun. Puttshack and apps. Team boat rides. The Best Places to Work celebration at CHS Field. Ceramics workshops. Office walks outside whenever we could. Office meetups, trainee trivia, and on the course for golf hole sponsorships where we interacted with our 4 C's: carriers, clients, community, and coworkers.

Time away from our desks helped us enjoy the summer weather and recharge before the busy months ahead. With colder days coming, these outdoor moments were much appreciated.

The award is based entirely on confidential employee surveys from our 206 Minnesota-based employee-owners. It measures trust in leadership, communication, and day-to-day work experience. In other words, it comes directly from our team.
