This is pretty amazing to see!

In our 2nd “official” year in the school, we really need to shout out our school staff.

This is one of our wonderful bus drivers, Miss Lane, holding the hand of a scared little one on his first day of school!

The compassion we see every day in our teachers, bus drivers, custodians, administration, food service staff, and paraprofessionals is truly admirable.

We are so fortunate to be able to partner with these people!

A reminder... City of Eau Claire residents can pick up sand for slippery sidewalks (free of charge) at the Central Maintenance Facility, 911 Forest Street. Each resident is limited to a 5-gallon pail per visit, don't forget to bring your own container and shovel.

I wouldn't say we put too much faith in Homeowners insurance, I think it's a lack of understanding what is covered under a homeowners policy. As much as I wish it would, it doesn't cover everything. Know what your homeowners policy covers by asking questions to help you better understand your policy.

Here's a good reminder as the school year starts in the next couple weeks for most.

Starting August 16th, there's a new school bus warning light regulation that goes into effect. The goal is to encourage drivers to not pass school buses and keep kids safe.

I can't say I agree with either Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton's plan regarding Health Insurance. I do not sell health insurance; however, I think the entire system is broken right now. People deserve the opportunity to receive medical care if they are sick. With that being said, healthy people should not be taking on additional expenses or restricted coverages because the cost of health care is too high. Healthcare should be affordable for all. How that is done, I have no idea. However, the system in place right now is not the answer and I'm not confident Donald or Hillary will be able to provide a better a system.
