Last few weeks have been a bit bumpy. Challenging files, bad appraisals, 12 hour days, non-stop demands, and trying to manage a healthy work/life balance.

This week during our monthly branch meeting during our routine gratitude sharing, I felt the urge to not only express gratitude to the people I surround myself with, but remind everyone about something we ALL need to remember.

You are so much more than your job title.

I’m not just a Loan Officer.

I am a wife
I am a daughter
I am a sister
I am granddaughter
I am a friend
I am a neighbor

You are so much more than your job title, and if you aren’t pouring into yourself in your other roles of life, you are setting yourself up to fail at life.

So as we approach Labor Day weekend, take the time to embrace your other roles in life outside of work.
