What a historic World Series!! ⚾️

As much as I love UHM and the fact that our CEO, Bill Cosgrove, is a co-owner of the Rays (who else saw the UHM sign in the outfield about a million times?!), I couldn’t be more excited to cheer on my HOME TEAM, the Milwaukee Brewers! 💙💛

For the past 17 years, my family, friends, and I have made memories at Brewers games. From tailgates and the famous Sausage Race to watching a few tough losses, this team has always given us something to look forward to and so much fun along the way. There’s nothing quite like cheering on your home team!

Shoutout to my dad! If you notice the jersey I’m wearing in a few of these pics, it’s the same one from 17 years ago that I’ve continued to rep all these years later. 😂 The best part? He JUST realized this past weekend that I stole it from him… approximately 7 years ago!! Oops. 😂

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who sent me pictures of the UHM sign over the last few days! Working in an area where Union Home Mortgage is still growing its brand recognition, it’s been so fun to see people recognize the name and share those moments with me. It’s pretty cool to see a company I’m proud to work for show up on such a big stage!

LET’S GO BREWERS!! 💙💛

Your home is more than just a place to live, it's an investment worth taking care of. 🏡
It's easy to focus on the fun updates and overlook the less exciting maintenance tasks, but routine upkeep matters, too. Addressing small issues early may help prevent them from turning into bigger, more expensive repairs. Not sure where to start? Make a list, prioritize safety and potential damage, and tackle projects one step at a time.

Attended the Speed Networking and Builder After Hours even this week, which was awesome, as always! This is such a great group to get involved with locally. If anyone wants to learn more, or be my guest at my next event, shoot me a message!

UHM Swag officially made it to DISNEY WORLD! 🤩 Matt Wickham, our Relationship Manager took the week off to enjoy a vacation to Disney World with his family.

If you are trying to get ahold of Matt, please reach out to me (Morgan) for assistance in his absence!!

Thanks for being patient with me while my business partner in crime is enjoying a well deserved vacation.

Enjoy your time at Disney, Wickham Family!

If I were hoping to be in a new home this fall, I wouldn’t wait until I found "the house" to start planning. I’d have a conversation with a lender first, ask questions, understand the costs involved, and make a game plan that fits my goals.

A little preparation now can make a big difference when the time comes. 🍂

A huge congratulations to these new homeowners! There’s something extra special about helping young buyers take that exciting first step into homeownership.
Thank you for the kind words and for allowing us to be part of such an exciting chapter. We’re cheering you on as you make this house your own! Congratulations again! 🥂

It’s Fire Prevention Week! 🔥A little preparation today can help protect the people and home you love most.
Take a few minutes this week to check your smoke alarms, review your family’s fire escape plan, and make sure everyone knows what to do in an emergency.

This is exactly why we love what we do! Buying a home can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re worried about making the wrong move or getting in over your head. Hearing that we were able to make the process feel simple, clear, and easy to follow means more than we can say.
And of course… we had to include the serious closing photo. 😂
Thank you for trusting us, we’re so happy for you both!

📣 Realtors, a quick appraisal update! The appraisal changes we’ve been talking about have been postponed for now.
We know there’s a lot to keep up with in this industry, so we’ll continue to keep an eye on the updates and share what you need to know as things develop.
Always in your corner. Always here as a resource. 🤝
