From securing our loan to inspections and appraisals, there were a lot of moving pieces and many things to consider. Virginia was prompt in her communications and kept the process moving at every point. Not only did she communicate well with us, but she maintained constant communication with our realtor and other important parties. We always felt like we had a resource in Virginia and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the near future.

I never had to find her or wonder what was happening with the loan for my buyer. Virginia held my buyer's hand through it all and was able to think outside the box when things got tough for the buyer. Most importantly, she got us to the closing table and now we have a VERY happy new homeowner!

She was always looking at for a better on how to resolve some issues that had occurred during our experience. Although the process hectic at some point but I'm glad we had Virginia on our side , otherwise we would have gave up. Now we can't stop talk about about what we will do with our beautiful home haha.
