ERIE Insurance is currently experiencing a widespread network outage that began on June 8th. This issue has impacted their computer systems, affecting both customer access to online accounts and the ability to reach ERIE’s customer service team. Our local office is also unable to access ERIE’s internal systems at this time.

Despite these challenges, we are still here and ready to assist you however we can. We’re able to:

• Access key policy information
• Provide ID cards and more
