I sold a home but not just any home… one to my Mother!

It’s a low inventory market with less than 4 months of inventory. We have been looking for 2 years, started and stopped, but she knew she was tired of investing in renting a home that would never be her own.

We searched high and low to find a house she could call her own. And once we did. These are a few steps we took to win the deal on a home that was on the market for less than 4 days:
•Got her Pre-Approved
•I scheduled a showing and got her in as the first showing of the home once it hit the market
• Got her offer in front of the seller FIRST

•She was able to get the home several thousand dollars less than what it was listed as well as instant equity in the home upon her purchase😉

•She also received several thousand from the seller towards her closing costs!

Now her payments each month will build a nest egg for her on an asset she owns. From Rent to Mortgage, I believe that sounds better!

This was a BIG day for the both of us, not everyday do I get the opportunity to make her smile this bright😘
