Jumping for joy! The Lehigh Valley’s first cat café, Betty’s Place, is open for business in Easton. The Project Paw community resource center hosts the café and thrift store, Resale to the Rescue. For a small donation, visitors get to pour themselves a cup of coffee, grab a snack, cozy up with some cats, and thrift-shop fabulous, vintage items. It’s the purrrrfect way to spend an afternoon.⁠
