📣 We’re Hiring – Client Experience Specialist
Crowley Insurance is growing, and we’re looking for the next great addition to our team!
We’re currently hiring a Client Experience Specialist — a full-time, in-office role designed for someone who’s organized, people-focused, and ready to grow into a long-term career.
This position plays a key role in helping us deliver an exceptional experience to our clients while supporting both in service and working as an assistant to our sales team.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients by phone, email, and in person with everyday service needs
-Help onboard new clients and support our renewal process
- Coordinate with our sales producers and account managers to keep everything running smoothly
- Organize and prepare proposals, documents, gather information and follow-ups in our sales process.
- Learn the insurance process and pursue your license with our full support
💡 What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfort using technology, email, and software platforms and multitasking between them
- Excellent organization and multitasking ability
- Prior experience in customer service, administrative work, or sales support is a plus
Insurance experience is a plus but NOT required — we’ll train the right person and cover the cost to help you get licensed within your first 6 months
